Description
Ingredients: Gram Dal, Red Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Salt, Fenugreek, Curry Leaf, Refined groundnut oil.
Recipe: Boil 200g Toor dhal. Fry mustard, Cumin, 2 Chopped Onions, 3 red chillies and curry leaf in edible oil till golden brown. 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice and 1 spoon “THE VEE’S CAFE’S” sambar podi, salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. And add chopped coriander leaves. (Vegtables of your choice)
Usage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place. Store in an airtight container.
