The Vee’s Signature Chukku malli coffee is a traditional South Indian beverage made with dry ginger, coriander seeds, tailed pepper, long pepper, cardamom, Licorice, Turmeric and coffee. It is sometimes also called dry ginger coffee or ginger tea. Chukku malli coffee is known for its warming and invigorating properties. It is often consumed to relieve colds, coughs, and congestion. It is also said to boost the immune system, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:

Dry ginger, Coriander seeds, Tailed pepper, Long pepper, Cardamom, Licorice, Turmeric and Coffee.

Preparing instructions to taste the best version of The Vee’s Chukku Malli coffee:

(The below method is to make for 1 person, you can adjust based on the number of people)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 150ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once the water starts to boil, add 1 TBSP Vee’s Signature Chukku Malli Coffee powder.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Strain it into a cup and drink.

*Add Milk, Palm Jaggery/ Palm Sugar Candy if needed.
